General terms for a holiday at Park Chalet Village

Booking terms, cancellation policy and important information for a safe and pleasant holiday in Livigno.

Prices
Overnight stay and breakfast: prices are per person, per day in bed and breakfast accommodation.

Extra charge

Short stay: for stay less than 4 days 10% extra charge
Weekend: 2/3 days 10% extra charge
1 day 20% extra charge

Special reductions for children and adults

0-2 years € 20,00 per day - baby cot with linen provided
3-11 years 20% reduction - adult bed arrangement
from 12 years and up, the boy/girl is considered an adult and the rate is the same as that of the adult
extra people in the chalet - supplement € 90,00 per day with breakfast included

Arrival and departure

On arrival day, chalets are ready from 3.30/4.00 pm.
On departure day, the chalet must be left within 11.00 am.
Check-in and check-out at different times have to be agreed with the reception (if possible).
Check-in after 19.00 must be agreed by phone with the reception.
Check-in at a later time or check-out before the fixed time are always charged according to standard policy.

Animals
Dogs and cats are welcome in the village with a 15.00€ extra charge per day, in full respect of people and things.
Dogs are allowed into the breakfast room.

Chalet rules
It is strictly FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the chalet and inside Grand Chalet.

Deposit and booking procedure
Bookings are confirmed by sending a specific mail of confirmation and by paying 50% of the total amount required for each reserved chalet, by credit card or bank transfer following one of the two suggested procedures:

1. email to info@parkchaletvillage.com
in which the offer is confirmed by giving the credit card number and date of expire (this can be done directly on phone if one prefers) with the authorisation to debit the agreed amount of deposit. This operation is only possible with VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS); the reservation will be immediately confirmed.

The reservation will be immediately registered in our hotel system and confirmed to you after receiving the money on our bank account.
IT IS ALWAYS NECESSARY to write name, surname and date of vacation in the bank transaction.

The amount of the offer must be paid:
• in full regardless of personal, family, work reasons
• regardless of late arrival or early departure
• and regardless of the absence of one or more people.
The balance has to be paid on arrival day while check-in.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation within 45 days of the expected arrival, the customer will be given the opportunity to recover the deposit paid, by making a subsequent reservation equal to the number of nights already booked, within a year.
In case of cancellation 44-21 days before the expected arrival, the deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be retained as a penalty and it will no longer be possible to use it for a subsequent reservation.
In case of cancellation 20-7 days before the expected arrival the penalty to be paid will be equal to 80% of the total amount which will be charged to the credit card provided by you.
In case of cancellation 6-5-4-3-2-1 days before the expected arrival
• or in case of no-show
• or in case of late arrival
• or in case of early departure
The payment of the total amount is required which will be charged to the credit card provided by you.

The deposit will not be refunded in any case.
The acceptance of these clauses is essential for the validity of this offer.
