Inspired by the old ‘Tee’ (mountain huts) in Livigno, the 11 chalets, built by the Falegnameria Sertorelli from Bormio, are divided into 22 units of different types:
chalet Imperial  - chalet Family - chalet Comfort
chalet Prestige - chalet Gold
and can host a minimum of two and a maximum of 9 people.
They have been entirely constructed in wood and stone, natural materials which create unique emotions, always genuine and indifferent to fashions and trends.
All the comforts of a large hotel but in such an original environment
as to make our guests feel as if they were in their own homes.
Furnished in typical mountain style the units have been built on three floors:
on the ground floor there is a small lounge consisting
of a comfortable sofa bed, hot drink maker, fridge
and satellite television with a dvd;
a large opening which offers a broad view on the woods
and on to the terrace equipped with a small table and sunbeds,
next to the living-room there is a pretty bedroom
with its own bathroom,
on the first floor  we can find a spacious loft, with a bedroom
and bathroom, all rooms offer a view over Livigno
and over the surrounding woodland;
in the basement your holiday becomes unique: a cosy basement lounge with sofa and stove which leads to a home wellness centre all for yourselves… your personal wellness centre
with Jacuzzi hydromassage, emotional shower and Tylo Finnish sauna enhanced by the pleasant atmosphere of Chromotherapy and background music;
also in the basement, from the lounge, short service passageways lead to a heated garage to your own parking space  and ski and skiboot heated locker.
